One Vision
One Vision is the HOYA Vision Care approach to Sustainability.
Designed around an internal network to facilitate and inspire sustainability projects, One Vision is built on three key pillars, which will shape the focus of initiatives.

Building on our key CLEAR values of Care, Learn, Empower, Adapt and Respect, One Vision is designed to bring change from the inside, and use the insights and knowledge of the HOYA community to create impactful change.
HOYA is a proud ally of vision care initiatives across the world. Our first partnership is with Orbis where we aim to achieve a £50,000 target through activities, fundraising, donations and supporting a local charity.
